We depend on YOU and the generosity of our community. The Middleburg Heights Food Pantry is an IRS-approved 501(c)3 social service agency. If you would like to donate to the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry, your donations will be tax-deductible as allowed by the limits of the law. In addition, we are happy to provide a tax receipt for your donation.
Donation Information
We are very appreciative of donations of money or goods.
Monetary Donations
The pantry uses monetary donations to purchase food and non-food items at a greatly reduced cost from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
You can donate via PayPal, which accepts debit cards, credit cards or Paypal funds at any time of the day or night! Just click the PAYPAL button, or use the QR code.
Checks may also be dropped off during our open hours of operation: Tuesday: 10 a.m. – Noon, and Thursday: 5 – 7 p.m.

We also accept individual donations of goods during our open hours of operation: Tuesday: 10 a.m. – Noon, and Thursday: 5 – 7 p.m.

Food Drives
If you or your organization are interested in running a food drive or other fund-raiser, please call us at (216)362-0044 or email us at middleburgfoodpantry@gmail.com. We gladly accept large donations of goods during open hours or other times with prior arrangements.
Current MH Food Pantry Needs
If you would like to donate to the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry, we are currently in need of the following specific items:
- Paper Towels
- Deodorant
Church & Business Partners
We depend on the generosity of our community. Many local churches & businesses collect non-perishable food and paper/personal items for our Pantry. Please contact us if you would like a collection tub.
