MH Food Pantry’s Mission
Our mission at the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry is to help feed people in need in our area. We are a local distribution center where hungry families can receive food. Thanks to our volunteers, we are open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
MH Food Pantry is a Client Choice Pantry
We are one of the few client choice pantries in Northeastern Ohio. Therefore, our clients shop as they would in a grocery store. Being a Client Choice Pantry allows our clients to select their own food instead of receiving a pre-packed or standard bag of groceries. By utilizing this method, our clients do not have to take items they already have, do not like, or cannot eat for health or personal reasons. As a result, there is less food waste. Also, clients are much happier with the groceries they take home.

The Middleburg Heights Food Pantry serves residents of Middleburg Heights and members of Middleburg Heights’ churches. To learn more about the qualifications for our clients, please visit the Client Information page.
How MH Food Pantry is Funded
The Middleburg Heights Food Pantry is dependent on the generosity of this community. As such, we accept donations of money or goods. We are an IRS-approved 501(C)3 social service agency. Any donations are tax-deductible. You will receive a tax receipt for your donation.
Greater Cleveland Food Bank Member Agency
The Cleveland Foodbank’s mission is to ensure that everyone in the Cleveland area has the nutritious food they need every day. Further, the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry’s membership in the Cleveland Foodbank requires everyone to re-establish eligibility each July.
