Are you interested in volunteering at the pantry?

Here are some things to know:

  • Volunteers work 2 hour shifts and should arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  • Duties include assisting clients, light cleaning and stocking shelves and freezers; recording donations and unloading orders from the Cleveland Foodbank.
  • High school and college students who are interested in volunteering to fulfill community service hours, are welcome.

Construction Clarification--the construction is finished, and we have a new driveway & parking lot! Before the construction, there was one driveway, now there are 2 drivways off of Paula drive.
The Food Pantry driveway is the new driveway, located closest to the track! It will take you straight to the pantry! If you take the original driveway, you will not be able to park by the pantry. You will have to go back out to Paula and reenter through the new driveway by the track.
Hope this helps!

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer weather!
The pantry is requesting donations of various breakfast cereals, flour, sugar, butter/ margarine and cheese.
Anything beyond these requests are always greatly appreciated.
For those who wish to donate back to school supplies it is also greatly appreciated. Pens, pencils, erasers, notebook paper and pocket folders are often requested on teacher lists.

*Please note Ritz cracker sandwiches; Ritz bits and goldfish crackers are currently under a voluntary recall due to a salmonella finding in an ingredient used to make these products. To ensure the safety of our clients and volunteers we respectfully need to decline these products for donation at this time.
